If it was $100,000 less.... it would be in my price range. We are first time buyers, lookers... so we need to get something small, build equity and then move up to something else.

Don't do the map on the page... because it doesn't work. Springdale is just Northwest of Deer Park. The map was showing it up at Metaline Falls, which is not right.

WOW you get a lot for the price. Around here something like that would be well over $350k easy...even with the older home on it.
