NorthWest Horse Park is a 40 acre family owned and run ranch, located in Orting Washington. There is currently one available full care space! Mares, geldings, young, old, etc. FULL CARE ONLY; $310 per month.
For information contact jessica@northwesthorsepark.com if you are looking for a sprawling ranch style, safely fenced, quality place to board your horse.
There is a brand new 80' x 200' indoor arena for your indoor/bad weather riding needs, 2 round pens, Large outdoor riding area, trails right behind the farm, and direct access to the Puyallup River Levy Trail.
In addition to huge 50'x300' individual paddocks, there are large lush turnout pastures where your horse will graze on rotation several days a week.
Each paddock has a 10x12 shelter. Abundant Quality Hay, Vitamin/Mineral Supplement and rotational deworming is included in the board fee. NWHP is adjacent to the Puyallup River levy trails, perfect for those who like to get outdoors and just enjoy their horse. We also have a Pierce County Horse Project 4H group on site. In addition to the new covered arena, we have 2 round pens & a large outdoor arena. There is a spacious clean tack room and (limited) free horse trailer parking.

that sounds like a really great deal. It really is, for everything that's included, and the amenities ... it's just an awesome place to keep a horse.
Raggy is very happy there (yes she told me this herself!)

I emailed her to see if I could come look at the place. I like the place I 'm at now, but the arena footing really sucks and I can't get anything done in that arena. Orting would be quite a drive from me, but everything else about NWHP sounds really nice.

Actually Misty If you go ALL the way down 176th (towards Puyallup) cross Meridian there is a way to get to Orting that's not that bad of a drive.

I'll have to see if I can figure out how to go that way. Still, I'm spoiled right now with my 5 minute drive!

Misty, that would be awesome if you went to NWHP. That is where my daughters 4H group is, so we are there for rides pretty often!

Good Luck Misty.. i hope you go there and like it!! It would be cool if there we're a couple board people that boarded at the same place.. then you could set up rides together.. how fun! Too bad I'm so far away, lol!

We'll just have to set up our own rides then, won't we? Finn needs to try the trails.... I think he's forgotten riding can be fun after his less-than-enjoyable time at the trainers. ;o)
But anyway... that facility looks awesome. I wish they had places like that around here. ;D Hope it works out for you!

Misty USED to board where I moved to. Now she doesn't. I get why though. We don't have a covered arena and today it rained so the arena was pretty useless. I worked my mare in a pasture instead! ;D Ya gotta do what ya gotta do!
