Cheyenne just spent 2 months in professional training with Roger Braa. Roger and Cheyenne's owners know that he will make a good horse for someone, but not for his adult beginner owner so they are hoping to find Cheyenne a new home ASAP regardless of funds lost in training (training cost $1300 for the 2 months). They will be taking Cheyenne to the Enumclaw Sale this coming Sunday if he has not found a new home before then.
Cheyenne needs a very experienced rider to finish him their way. He's built like a brick power house, 15.1hh, Chestnut. His issue is that he's "spooky", and his beginner rider needs "bomb proof". Cheyenne is looking for a younger/spryer rider to work him DAILY.
They didn't specify a rehoming fee, but that they are open to offers on Cheyenne to the best home for him! They are not advertising him for sale or to recoup the money they put into his training, he is on here because he needs a new home with an experienced rider, so make an offer. He will be at Northwest Horse Park in Orting Washington the rest of this week. EMAIL: jessica@northwesthorsepark.com to set up a visit with Cheyenne.

Hi Deanne, Is Cheyenne still at NW horse park? Or did he sell at the auction?
Thanks!

Hi Deanne, Is Cheyenne still at NW horse park? Or did he sell at the auction? Thanks! He's still at NWHP, the owners decided to continue to pasture board him until the right home comes along. According to Roger, it would have taken him a good year to turn this into a good riding horse for the current owner. I think they'd take $500 for him, but you'd have to ask Jessica to find out for sure.

Woohoo! Cheyenne and Sydney are now a team! (I kind of thought it might happen) Congrats Sydney, I know you can work with Cheyenne and get him where he needs to be!
