Nice horse.... at first I did think he looked like an Arab... but looking at his tail set, while raised, it's not an Arab set. My Paint runs around with his tail up like that too... I think it's because he's been hanging out with my Arab.

I thought the same thing... and also his nose is flared so it makes his face look dishy! He looks pretty though, and because he had a rough begining it would be nice to see him go to a really good home!

He sure does look arab! My friends paint runs with his tail up too. I used to own a kings ranch Qtr horse that collected her head like an arab. Weird thing there is she was always around arabs and was an embryo implantation for an arab farm in Arlington...RO Lervick ..so she carried a purebred arab foal. Odd isn't it? The lady we got her from raised arabs too...do you think horses can have a learned behavior like that or is it genetic or training?

Wow, good question. From experience... my mare had personality plus, would run all proud, with her tail up, and would snort and swing her head.... and it didn't take too long until our other mare started doing it..... I thought it was learned behavior... so maybe there can be a little of both!!!
