(Modified because they've decided to keep one pony.)
My sister is looking to find a good home for an old pony. If you're seriously interested let me know and I'll give you her contact info.
"Gramma" is as old as the hills (really, we don't know how old) and has some health issues, so she is offering her for free to a good home. Cannot eat hay, is now on senior feed only, which may be too rich for her as she has been foundered. She gets around alright, but her hooves definitely show it. She did not shed her winter coat.
She did well with my 5 year old nephew, they trotted around all over the place. My sister indicated that she might be better as a pony to lead kids around rather than for trail riding. I got the impression she didn't really know much.

That is adorable! We had a goat like that when I was about two years old, and my mom would never let us ride her, no matter how many times we asked!
Back to the pony though, they don't actually know how old she is, just that she is pretty old. I did find out that she is gaited though. Has a neat quick gait, it may be a tolt, she's supposedly part Icelandic.
Where are you located? I'm sure they'd be happy to show her to you if you're nearby. Do you want their phone number?
