4 year old red dun mustang gelding. Had him as a 2 year old and liked him...he was adopted after just 2 weeks to a young family. They had him about 17 months and called the BLM to say they couldn't afford him any longer; they'd not titled him, so I encouraged them to do so, and Mustang U took him in.
He's been with one of our board members getting fattened up. As soon as he was feeling good, he convinced himself he was afraid and wouldn't let her halter him...even kicked a couple times.
He's now been with me for 5 days. No sign of aggression. Halters easily (meets me at the stall door, in fact), and is a generally very nice horse to work with. I wouldn't turn him out into a big field, of course...he'd revert pretty quickly. But give him a month with a lot of daily routine and he'll be a true pocket pony!
15 hands, good solid build and a pretty mover. Current adoption fee is $350. Will bump up to $550 once he's easily caught in large areas and picking up feet. Duns will be at the Northwest WA fair with me next week should anyone want to come see him!
(This horse is not started under saddle...video was shot on Sunday, his second day in the arena.)
