Still have an open spot for saddle fitting at the Cascade Horse Fair! This is really kind of cool, y'all, so if you've got a difficult to fit horse and can bring it, you won't be disappointed. Gavin uses a computerized saddle pad which is placed on your horse's back and hooked to her laptop. The pressure points then show up on the screen, enabling you to see where your horse is being pinched or squeezed...or if the saddle has a balanced fit. You then ride your horse a bit and are reconnected to see if once a rider is on board, there is any shifting (almost always is!) There will be a bunch of saddles on hand to try on your horse, both english and western. Demo horses are needed! Must be quiet enough to allow the laptop to be hooked up. Great opportunity to get a free fitting

I met Gavin about 4 yrs ago...she helped me find a saddle for my difficult TB. That system is pretty cool! I now know how to fit saddles.
