I bought this bit from Pro Horse about 1 year ago. I paid $74.99 for it. Looks just like this bit on the Myler website. I cannot remember the name brand on mine(I will have to go out and look)Classified by Myler as a level 2 bit. Here is the description for a level 2 bit: Level 2 Basic training is established Relaxed at the poll; holds position when rein is released Possesses more complex skills such as bending, collection, side passes and lead changes This is a good transition bit for a horse that goes well on a snaffle and is ready to move up to a shank bit. Has indepedent movement on each side(so not like a solid curb). 5" mouth piece. barrel on mine is copper. Paid $74.99 new......only asking $30 OBO This is not a chealy made bit, very comparable to Myler quality. Her is the link to Myler(it is the bit pictured in the level 2 box). toklat.com/Myler/Selecting%20a%20Bit
