Can you narrow down the area in which you are looking? Westside, Eastside, Vancouver, Hillsboro, etc etc.

I can recommend an awesome place in Banks. I boarded with them for years when they were in Hillsboro. They recently re-located and are building a brand new facility. It isn't complete yet, but she will have full size covered dressage arena, round pens, stalls with runs (big ones), access to linear trail, pasture turnouts. Full-care or partial care. Gina is super nice and the boarding is without politics. I moved to Eugene right after they moved so that is the only reason I am not there.

French Hill Farm (hunter/jumper), Devonwood Equestrian Center (dressage)... I think you need to be in a program to board there though.
