Sooner or later I am hoping to find a ONE horse trailer that I can pull with my Jeep Cherokee. IF anyone knows of one (cheaper the better lol), please let me know.

seattle.craigslist.org/see/for/257476988.htmlDeAnne - This isnt pretty to look at but could be very dependable! Nice paint job (or just good cleaning with elbow grease and even a can of spray pain) and good to go. I haul with my hubby's Cherokee - he's installed a tranny cooler and the rear axle has a detriot locker and is out of a 1996 Ford Explorer for its thicker than the stock axle of the Cherokee. Best of luck! ;D

I have inquired about that one! I actually think it's not bad to look at. I'm hoping it's still available next weekend!

If you are truly interested in it - GO FOR IT GIRLIE! They may be willing to take payments and work with you! At least you'll have your foot in the door. I think it'd work perfect for you and Raggy!

I put the pic of the trailer on my pc desk top.... lol, I did that with Raggy's pic, and even though it took me a month of looking at her before I went to see her, it all worked out... maybe the trailer will be "meant to be" also!
LOL, yeah my logic is goofy, but hey it works for me.

Oh, and BTW, it's not terriby far from me, I'd be willing to pick it up for you or look at it for you if you wanted.....

I've got an old 2 horse miley project now I need new lights/wiring, and 2 windows for the front, and the "bumper" welded, but the floor is good, and it hauls with my jeep!! If you know of any "windows" laying around, let me know! I should put some pics of it on here..."before" pics lol.

Hey, when I got my trailer I had a lot of fixing up to do. I can say I didn't spend a lot. If you need any help let me know. My fiance rewired my whole trailer. As far as windows, I just used plexi glass to put in. I MIGHT have some pieces left, have to check trailer.

good for you! That's what I ended up doing. I got mine for $500 and it's actually safe for hauling without any work except for some wiring problems. We're going to just rewire it since it's an easy fix. I am working now on sanding the rust out so it can be painted. I'm also looking for windows, but I heard that you can just go to ACE hardware etc and get plexiglass. They'll cut it to your specs. I just can't figure out how I am supposed to get mine out, since they are riveted in. Do you have to drill the rivets out and start over or what? My center divider also is a solid piece of MDF sheeting between a metal frame. I'm not sure if I want to just take the sheet out and weld some bars across or replace the sheeting with an unbroken piece. It's been raining for a couple days, and I'm so shocked it doesn't leak anywhere! That was a big surprise! We should start a 'before and after' thread for pics of our trailer projects! We could share tips and ideas.

I agree w/ DeAnne. I am looking for a project horse trailer myself...this summers goal! My dad is ready to do a re-painting project and my hubby is a carpenter and so we are good to go...just need the project! Prefer 4horse stock...but we're not picky.
